Data and purpose

The form collects your name, company, email address, project description, optional date and budget, acknowledgement of the privacy information and brand configuration, including a logo if added. We use this information to respond to your request, consider the project and prepare a possible quote. Required fields are necessary to handle your enquiry. They do not subscribe you to advertising.

Basis for processing

We process your enquiry to take steps at your request before a possible contract. The checkbox confirms that you have read this information; it is not a marketing subscription. We do not make automated decisions or build marketing profiles from your enquiry.

Hosting and access

Vercel hosts the website and processes its technical requests. Turso provides the persistent database, configured in Dublin, Ireland. These providers help operate the service; the database location does not imply that all their support operations take place in that region. Enquiries and administrative access are not public. The studio reviews saved enquiries through private access. No automatic email confirmation is sent.

Browser data

Game progress and settings are saved in this browser. Brand selection and form drafts remain in the tab session; the draft is removed once storage is confirmed. Your logo is prepared in the browser and sent to the server only if you submit an enquiry. You can remove these data through your browser’s storage settings.

Analytics and security

We do not include third-party advertising or marketing trackers. External analytics is disabled; game interaction events remain in local memory and are not transmitted. Hosting may process technical connection information to serve and protect the website. The form uses a keyed hash derived from the IP address to limit attempts within a one-hour window, without including the IP in the enquiry. Expired identifiers are removed when new requests are processed; without activity, they may remain until the next submission.

Retention

Form enquiries have a retention period of 180 days from registration. Cleanup runs when processing new enquiries and through the administration procedure: without new submissions or cleanup, records may remain until the next run. If a project is commissioned, its contractual documents follow the processing and retention terms provided when entering the contract. You can request earlier erasure where applicable.

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to hello@brandtogame.com. Describe your request and include the enquiry reference if available; we will request additional information only if necessary to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
